Me-Time
Me-time is intentional time spent alone to rest, enjoy your hobbies and gently recharge your energy, with zero guilt and full permission to simply be yourself.
Me-time is the sacred pocket of your day or week that belongs entirely to you. It is not selfish and it is not a reward you must earn, it is a genuine need, just like sleep or food. Whether you spend it reading, walking, painting your nails or simply sitting quietly with tea, the point is to rest and refill your own cup.
You do not need hours, just intention:
- Protect a small window and treat it as non negotiable
- Do something that genuinely soothes or delights you
When you recharge yourself, you have so much more to give everyone else. Guilt has no place here. For lovely ways to spend it, browse our self care Sunday ideas.
